Sadie: 2024-2026

“My name is Sadie. I am a junior in the radiology program at FHSU, and I am on the Big Leadership Team (BLT) for Christian Challenge. Christian Challenge is a collegiate ministry focused on sharing the gospel and making disciples who make disciples. This past year, God has been working in and through Challenge in big ways. One of those ways was bringing Challenge relationships to the next level. Friendships were made and Challenge became such a tight-knit community. We heard messages that challenged us to grow to look more like Christ. We had conversations that had us asking good questions so that we could grow together. Our community grew to be a small, close family.
“I am so excited for the future of Christian Challenge– especially this upcoming semester. We have amazing leaders ready to welcome new people to our family, our staff is shifting the way Challenge looks to spark even more conversation and close relationships, and our worship team is cooking up some amazing songs to lead people in worship. Christian Challenge is getting ready for this next semester– many events for the fall are already planned and being prepared for, too. You do not want to miss out on what we have in store for you! If you want to grow in your relationship with God, amazing, we can give you some tools to do so. If you want to build Christian friendships, perfect, come on in. If you just want to learn more about what Christianity is, and you are curious about what we believe in, awesome, we have great speakers, staff members, and leaders who can tell you all about it! Ben: 2022-2026

“Hi, my name is Ben, and I just graduated from Fort Hays State University this past May! Christ used the ministry of Christian Challenge to spur me on and encourage me throughout my college years. One of the biggest blessings was the community I found through fellowship with brothers and sisters in Christ. I’m incredibly grateful for the men and women of God I was constantly surrounded by over the last four years.
One of the main ways I was encouraged and challenged was through discipleship. Christian Challenge consistently encouraged us to seek out others to disciple and invest in spiritually. That process became such a blessing in my life because it led to a lot of sanctification and growth in my walk with Christ over the past four years.
As a result of the ways Christ has grown me through Challenge, I’ll be attending the Kanakuk Institute this fall. I’m excited for another season of being equipped in my faith and continuing to grow as a disciple of Christ so that I can go and pour into others the same way so many people poured into me.”
